I'd never heard it referred to with that term before. However it seems that the implementation of this in MS Word does _not_ have any effect unless the document is saved as a web page (in other words, it's just inserting <br clear="all" /> into the HTML), at least according to http://www.jegsworks.com/Lessons/words/autotools/margins.htm The point of reporting issue 79318 was that I'd like to see this functionality included for normal documents, not just those saved as web pages.
