The output postscript from OO.o seems to prematurely end on page setup:

As generated by PrinterJob::writeFeatureList() in
psprint/source/printergfx/printerjob.cxx
The routine checks for modified keys with getModifiedKey() however from the PPD
DefaultPageSize is A4 so this does not appear to be functioning as implied.
