TL->Rene: First the original data that comes with libtextcat is not being used!
What is being used is data that got transformed from the original data (or maybe
the sample texts provided with libtextcat).
The code and data was modified by Jocelyn Merand as part as last Googles Summer
of Code (well not exactly since that project did not make it into the SoC but it
got sponsored by Intel instead).
If there are any legal/license problems involved with this Stefan Taxhet should
know if they are addressed or not.
