Actually this does work, the problem is the following.
Since OpenOffice.org 1.0 sounds are only links and not embedded in the document.
If the document and the wave file is one the same drive under windows, the
document contains a relative path to the wave file. In the case of this test
document it is
../../../../Program%20Files/OpenOffice.org%202.0.3/share/gallery/sounds/explos.wav
So I guess you either have moved your document or you have deleted your
OpenOffice.org 2.0.3 directory. So 2.2 is not able to load the sound because it
can't find it.
Since you are using a default sound from the gallery I will enhance this so we
write a special gallery URL for such cases. So in the common case where the user
just updates his Office installation, the gallery sounds will always come from
the current installation.
This is no regression
