MRU->OS: in the attached document, there is a drawing shape anchored in the
header of page style "Kopie". When "loading page styles" into a new blank
document, the shape will be visible on this default page. So the crash is no
surprise when trying to move this shape now...
Did not occur in OO 1.1.x.
