Looking at the relevant code I'm quite sure that this problem cannot happen in
a vanilla OOo.
@philipframton/kpalagin: I think rail is spot on with his suspicion that there
is an external patch involved.
If not then then I can think of only one possible way: in the Font Replacement
dialog is "always replace"
enabled and "replace on screen only" disabled? I know these semantics suck, but
this is another topic
(issue 19591).
