------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jul 11 18:40:49 +0000 2007 ------- Latest version of Gutsy Gibbon does not load or run 680m128 correctly. Below is the address and terminal output of the bug report I filed with Ubuntu. ------------------------------------------------------------ https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/125080 OpenOffice stopped working the other day. So went to http://download.openoffice.org/680/ and downloaded my own debs, created a repository, and added it to apt-get. Then tried to install openoffice in various ways, the last through the Add/Remove Applications menu. Nothing happens. The files are installed, according to synaptic, but do not run. My terminal output follows. --------------------------------------------------------- [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ soffice The program 'soffice' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing: sudo apt-get install openoffice.org-common bash: soffice: command not found [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo apt-get install openoffice.org-common [sudo] password for susan: Reading package lists...
