dvo: In xmloff/source/draw/sdxmlexp.cxx, the method
SdXMLExport::ImpPrepDrawPageHeaderFooterDecls(..) is called whenever a handout
page supplier is present, but it doesn't check whether a handout page is
actually present. (Which it is not for clipboard documents.) The assertion was
benign, since this case was already handled, but I added an explicit check to
avoid the assertion.
