On attachement (id=46709): This patch makes duplicate groups have " (%d)"
appended to their names, where %d is the id of the duplicate (first duplicate is
"x (2)", second is "x (3)", &c.). This means that if a user has three groups,
two named "x" and one named "x (2)", the group named "x (2)" will either not
appear or will be shown as "x (2) (2)," depending on its position relative to
the two groups named "x" ... but this is such a contrived example, that
hopefully no user will ever experience it.
