Not a defect.
I don't understand what "not all results are replaced" means in this context.
"Search all" is for applying styles or something, not for replacing text
manually (that's what "Replace all" is for). Can somebody be more explicative,
please?
However, I think making the Find&Replace dialogue dockable could be a good idea.
