Verify:
1. Check that the URL in program/version.ini is korrect. There must be this
entry:
ExtensionUpdateURL=http://updateext.services.openoffice.org/ProductUpdateService/check.Update
Use the URL in a browser. The page should contain "Extension Update Feed"
2.This update feed does not contain yet the proper data. To test the mechanism
change the
ExtensionsUpdateURL=http://extensions.openoffice.org/testarea/desktop/default_url/update/feed1.xml
Install
/cws/cws04/jl67/SRC680/src.m220/desktop/test/deployment/update/default_url/default1.oxt
Then test the update button and the update entry in the context menu for this
extension.
