------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jul 13 08:35:50 +0000 2007 ------- When marking a cell range which contains text data only and pressing the 'Sum' button, the AutoSum for the marked range is calculated. In principal the calculated results make no sense, because the values the calculation is based on are only text data. A better approach is to set the cursor at the last row and column of the marked range and enter the sum formula at the cursor position in edit mode, so that the user has the possibility to modify the formula. The described behaviour is the default behaviour for the case that AutoSum fails, e.g. see also AutoSum at the end of the sheet, when no empty columns/rows are available. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
