I've saved the document in version 2.0.4 and tried to open it with the same version and with the latest version (2.2.1 RC3). It hags up 1 or 2 seconds after opening the document. Seems like some pagination/lazzy loading issue. I apologize because I can't find where I can attach the file. I know how valuable it is to attach the sample file.
