Hi pplwong,
First of all, thank you and your team for volunteering translation for zh-tw.
However,unfortunatelly, I'm afraid that it's late for 2.3 as Petr's comment. The
translation for 2.3 is already in progress.
We can make a schedule for a review and translation for 2.4 if you agree.
What do you think?
