SBA: In Pre-OOo 2.3 developer snapshot SRC680m221, the scroll wheel works fine.
Note that the special character dialog has the focus in the font list box and
the mouse wheel will scroll the control that currently has the focus. So when
clicking into the character list and then using the mouse wheel, the characters
scroll as they should. But...
SBA-> HDU: As discussed, the initial description "...Only when the mouse is
released the field changes to match the result of the scrollbox movement..." is
still valid. I adjusted the summary accordingly. Please proceed.
