This is already handled in issue 17203.
OpenOffice.org has two concepts for handling different page styles, manual page
break and 'next style'.
(1) Insert a manual page break via format menu and set the new page style there.
Or set the page break and the style in the manual settings of the first
paragraph of the page. The page break is indicated with a dark blue line at the
text area of the page.
Or first insert a manual page break with Strg-Enter and then set the properties
in the first paragraph of the new page.
Be aware that besides the 'normal' workflow of setting a page break before a
paragraph, OOo has an additional ability to determine a page break after a
paragraph.
(2) Use the "Next Style" in the 'Orgnaizer tab' of the page style.
Both need an existing page style.
Look at issue 41949 and issue 55102 too.
Please tryout the capabilities of OOo and than add your suggestions for a better
handling to the suitable issue.
