The number of defects of the current implementation of unopkg is too high which
is caused by an insufficient design.

The main problematic areas are
- Need of an X-Server (when in command line mode)
- Countless unhandled exceptions
- Faulty handling of userrrights
- Unexpected behavior during usage
- No useful returnvalues are provided

A quick query for unopkg in IssueTracker reveals some 38 issues which usually
only have a priority of 3 but in many cases deal with problems that render the
office in an inconsistent state or are extremely confusing to the user.

Unopkg is expected to be/become one of the core components of the office
application but the design does by no means live up to the expectations. It was
initially designed for a much narrower set of tasks and has been extended too
far.
