Finally found time and cws for applying patch.
Made slots
SID_LINE_ARROW_END (sd/sdi/sdraw.sdi)
SID_ATTR_CHAR (svx/sdi/svx.sdi)
SID_DRAW_TEXT_VERTICAL (svx/sdi/svx.sdi)
disabled in read-only mode by changing ReadOnlDoc flag from TRUE to FALSE.
