The supplied fix eliminates exactly the problem which the submitter supported.
What may have been unclear here is that unopkg add is used. But when using a
bundled extension then only this specific option is used. The cause of the
problem was a unopkg lock file which was probably caused by an earlier failed
unopkg call. The verification steps I provided, construct exactly that scenario.
This is fixed.
Your thorough testing revealed other problems, which are worth being fixed, but
are irrelevant for the original scenario. Please submit separate issues for the
newly uncovered problems.
