fixed animcore so that a XAnimateMotion has replace as the default for the
additive attribute.
changed in xmloff that we use the smil namespace for the additive attribute and
made replace the default.
changed slideshow module so that a path animation with non sum additive uses the
original shape position
changed effects.xml in sd and removed all the outdated pres:additive
