the reason for closing this issue does not meet the initial description. The
important point is :
11.) First select Test1 and then select Test2 then the Button "OK" isn't
available. If you first select Test2 the Button "OK" is available and then
select Test3 the Button OK is available, too. But if you select a deleted data
source after this all other data sources couldn't be selected.
that means the user cannot proceed with mail merge, once a deleted Address List
has been selected (even if a available list is selected afterwards).
I can confirm this in OOo 2.2.1 -> reopen
