I'm doing dogfood testing of OpenOffice 2.2.x inside a large company.
I'm a software engineer who only uses word processors to read/edit
documents sent to me by my manager or HR. In the week I've been doing
this testing, I've tried to use OOo with two documents. Each had a
showstopper problem. This bug is about the second of the two documents.
I'll attach a sanitized version of it.

The document should have seven pages. The first six pages should be a long
table. Pages one through five should have an extra blue and green header row
which is copied manually to each page. Page breaks happen in Word automatically
to keep cells from breaking across pages. A one inch margin is set on the top
of the page. No manual page breaks are used. Page six should have no header
row. Page 7, the last page, should consist solely of two paragraphs of text.

Problems in OOo 2.2.1 include a) one inch top margin not obeyed, b) table jammed
onto a single page so document appears to have only two pages instead of seven,
and c) the row marked “page 2 header” appears on page one instead of page 2.
This happens even though “Allow table to split across pages” is checked and
“Allow row to break across pages” is not checked.
