Moved ownership to myself and changed issue type from to FEATURE to ENHANCEMENT,
as it is only a minor change not required to have a specification nor a
regression test case.
According to the existing transformation there are less than a dozen meta fields
that have to be adapted to DublinCore (cmp. xslt/export/xhtml/header.xsl
and the specification "Expressing Dublin Core in HTML/XHTML meta and link
elements" http://dublincore.org/documents/dcq-html/
