Regina is right. You have to rename the slide master.
to rename the slide master do this:
- click on vciew / master / slide master
-> now you see the slide master and the Master view menu appears.
- click on the 3rd button from left 'Rename Master'
-> now you can change the name of the master slide.
- confirm with ok and click on Close Master View.
