The plan is to directly go into edit mode on first click on the chart ( see
issue 20331 ), thus the edit entry in the contextmenu will vanish or at least
loose its importance somewhere in future. So I won't change that entry anymore.
Moving single entries from the insert menu to the edit menu depending on the
selection brings to much confusion in my opinion.
