I updated flute.zip to 1.2.4.2 from CVS (this is the CVS file revision) and it
still does not work.
Line 31 of flute/source/org/w3c/flute/parser/Parser.java still has non ASCII...
Interesting version 1.2.4.1 of flute.zip works. Looks like the fix got reverted
at the next update.
