SBA->Vagula: (1) Prio 2 for a wrong sort order is not appropriate. No crash, no
data loss and the "relatively small" percentage of users who do literal work do
not change the rules. Please see

(2) You write "Sorting order is also wrong in Latvian (tested by me) and Czech
(Pavel has told)." THIS issue is about Estonian. So-called "Collective issues"
are invalid.
Please file seperate issues for those problems.
