Dan,
Usually foreign languages' letters are sorted fine to the proper position
according to the default collation algorithm for the locale, provided the
UnicodeScript is given in the IndexEntry. For example, in Czech (as in other
Latin script languages) an a-umlaut appears under A, an o-umlaut under O.
Letters of other scripts are appended to the end, again sorted in collation
algorithm order.
