Hello pagalmes,
please clarify to avoid misunderstanding: Do you really have to press CTRL plus
SHIFT plus ALT to activate insertion?
I have understood the specification document that way, that you only have to
press ALT for "move insert" (like SHIFT in Excel), at least with drag and drop
via mouse.

The original request here in #21280 was about keyboard handling, I think - but
nevertheless great, that this feature will become available!!
