This is a user  requirement and an automation requirement alike.

Please provide the means to disable all installed extensions on office start as 
a) Recovery option in case a corrupted extension breaks the application
b) Automated testing is no longer blocked.

This should be possible via command line parameter at office start but also via
UNO service. The UNO Service is required because it is then possible to handle
extensions from within the testtool.
