Open a new Calc
Select cell range c3:e6 and set a border from the toolbar button (last one down
right corner)
Select a single cell in this range
Format-Cells-Borders
You can't say what type of cell border thickness or linestyle is set.
If you select one of the border edges, the line style highlighted is applied. It
would be better if the applied linestyle for this edge is shown and a second
click on the line style should apply it.
