I think we should not re-use libs from generic plugin, but use:
SHL4STDLIBS+=\
$(VCLLIB)\
-lpsp$(VERSION)$(DLLPOSTFIX)\
$(SOTLIB) \
$(UNOTOOLSLIB) \
$(TOOLSLIB) \
$(COMPHELPERLIB) \
$(UCBHELPERLIB) \
$(CPPUHELPERLIB) \
$(CPPULIB) \
$(VOSLIB) \
$(SALLIB)
instead or defines this (common libs for plugins) and use it in all places.
