bm: yes, thats all.

The differences come from gcc version 4.0.1 being more string than 3.4.1.

About sal_Bool = sal_False etc. I always used the same style as used in these 
files - the closest type 
initialization is copied. This time, always =false was used...

int() is normal C++ as I learnt from sb ;-) I have never used it before and it 
will always look strange to me
