Can confirm the wrong behavior with OOo m222 on WinXP.
1) -> open the file
2) -> go to page preview
3) -> use ctrl+pageDown / ctrl+pageUp to move through pages
4) -> repeat step 3 with 20%, 40%, 60%, 120% zoon levels
5) -> note different/wrong behavior on page 2
