I tried to reproduce your problem:
* created a new spreadsheet
* inserted 5 hyperlinks to local files
* used all hyperlinks without problems
* saved the file and reopened it and all hyperlinks worked again
Please, give us more information about your problem, attaching a sample document
and try to open another bug to your website problem.
