I now strongly suspect that my fix for #i79492# (cws pj83, which I integrate)
is the cause of this problem.
It works perfectly on other platforms though 8)
Unfortunately my Windows debugging skills are close to zero, so I can't help
more here.
The only thing now that I can do is to confirm that the patch is the problem by
trying to revert it and see if
it happens.
