P2->P3: Installing bundled extensions works, without this fix. When unopkg is
called with -env:UserInstallation=tmp_folder, then the javasettings are not
written to the roots home. However, since every extension is contained in a
separate rpm / package, everytime a suitable java is searched, which may take
some time.
