TL->Moshed: According to QA the difference between "multi-line" and "multi-line
formatted" are exactly about such differences. Thus it is Ok for the mode
"multi-line" to not have those buttons.
(It may even be required... But the person who should know about this for sure
is currently not available.)
Thus I'm setting this one to 'invalid'.
