There is northing that can be done by OOo. If the the Microsoft Installer gets
the information from the system that files are in use somewhere this message box
is shown. It might have ben that the OOo quickstarter has been running at
uninstall time and that the MSI gets the information that some libraries are in
use while the quickstarter has been shut down meanwhile.
