Hi,
the problem is that if you do it like you propose you can't extend references
like we do now. Such problems are easily solved by making the single part which
should not be extended an absolute reference by placing a '$' sign in front of
the H and the 11 in your example.
Please have a look at the Help system for relative/absolute referencing.
