The attached test document PercentDataLabels.ods should contain all relevant 
cases.
Now for 100percent all data points of the same chart type within one category
are summarized. Formerly only the one which were stacked on top were summed up.
Negative values are now not summarized separately but instead the absolute value
is summarized like it was done in the old chart.
There is a remaining difference that I cannot fix within this issue in the combi
chart column-line. The lines build up 100 percent altogether and the columns
itself build up separate 100percent. But I think from the logical point of view
this new behavior is better than the old one.
I needed to fix the behavior for line charts and bar charts separately.
