Confirming using 2.3m225 on WinXP. Repro steps:
1. Open any spreadsheet file, Edit, Compare files.
2. Navigate to some spreadsheet (specifically .xls, others might work too) and
click OK.
3. Click Reject (other choices might work too) and close dialog with closer
(red cross).
4. Navigate to second file and try renaming it - you will get error message as
the file is locked.
