Not fixed in localisation21 -> retargeting to 2.4
I tried to check, why this string was not fixed with our 2. translation round,
although the string is included in the sdf-file we got for translation (see
issue 78173). It seems to be a converting problem from sdf to po.
The original sdf-file contains 25 strings for the section text/swriter/00/.
After conversion from sdf to po and then to xlz there are only 23 strings left.
The problem seems to be the first conversion to po. I used oo2po from the
translate-toolkit and I didn't get an error while conversion. I had a look at
the created po-file and it looks like that:

You see, the strings for one of the two par_ids are missing. The text is the
original one for par_id3150103.
I repeated the whole conversion, but I get the same result: Two par_ids are
missing in the po / xlz-translation files.
Can someone give me a hint, what went wrong?
