------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Aug 13 13:43:49 +0000 2007 ------- The metafile representations of OOoMaths objects seems to be using the StarSymbol font for symbols (e.g. greek). This font doesn't exist anywhere but OOo itself is presumably replacing it with something else, since the formulas display OK in OOo. However, MS-Word doesn't know to do this, so equations cannot be passed to MS-Office docuements. You can verify this by copying a OOoMaths object (containing symbols) into OOoDraw, "Break" the object and examine the font for each of the symbols. The solution would be to change the hard-coded references to StarSymbol (I not saying this is trivial mind). Right now, it's all but impossible to get equations between OOo and Word. Even MathType objects don't work at first, because the OLE metafile representation itself is broken (you need to open the object with Mathtype, to force a regeneration of the metadata). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
