It is even more difficult. detect_asian_language() returns true, if at least one
asian language is found. Therefore it returns false, if no asian language was
found in the list of the languages for the installation set. This means that all
languages are western languages. But detect_western_language() returns true, if
at least one western language is detected. So the suggested fix will not work.
