Hi Volker,
would you please have a look at these changes (makefile.mk and rebase.pl in
postprocess/rebase)? I tried to avoid using explicit path delimiters and such
things so it should be clean. Nevertheless, I would prefer a test to ensure that
I did not break windows tcsh build (again). Thanx.
