I"m sure the problem has to do with the extra "retain" in AquaSalMenu which
causes the AquaSalMenu
destructor to leak the SalNSMenu object. When a keyevent is dispatched to this
zombie SalNSMenu object
the callback to the destructed AquaSalMenu is fatal.
