First problem is, that the table cell where the image is anchored, has vertical
alignment "center" - but the cell is empty, so word interprets this as alignment
"top". This is tracked in issue 60361.
MRU->HBRINKM: also the vertical reference point is wrong - is is imported as
vertical to "page text area" and should be vertical to "margin" or "paragraph
text area".
