The problem on update will be solved with the comming installation of
dictionaries as extensions
For the linguistic.xcu problem, please find an attempt of workaround on the
attached file, it is a preview of a coming 1.8 DicOOo version
Please do as quick as possible for reviewing/testing and give feed back so that
we may insert it in the coming 2.3 version if possible
