This can be reproduced the following way...
1) Create empty presentation in OOo 2.x and export to .sxi
2) Open .sxi in OOo 1.x and save again (document is now broken but can be
opened)
3) Open .sxi from 2) again in OOo 1.x and save again (document is now invalid
and can't be opened anymore)
I will fix this in cws oasispp1 for OOo 1.1.4 so that step 2) do not create
broken documents. I will also fix this in OOo 2.x so that exported .sxi
documents do not trigger this error in OOo 1.1.3 and prior versions
